I Have No Clue What the Max Vampric on a sword is? Anyone Tell ME?

Health Regeneration: -1 (no, not "Health Degeneration: -1" as I see many mistakenly call it. That means gaining 2 health per sec. People are so stupid nowadays *sigh*)

Hmm.. the max for hammers and bows is 5/1, but on Axes and Swords it is 3/1.

I believe you mean "That means gaining 1 health per sec." unless they changed mathematics on me. The opposite of -1 is 1...

Each "pip" of health regeneration equals 2 health per second and each "pip" of energy regeneration equals 1/3 energy per second.

So he is correct in saying "That means gaining 2 health per sec."

Yeah I believe max for swords and axes is 3:1, while bows and (hammers?) get 5:1. This is to make up for the differences in atk speed.
